Field Trip take 2

Remember a couple of weeks ago when Maks was supposed to go on his first ever far away, all day field trip?

Remember when that field trip was cancelled TEN MINUTES before the class was supposed to leave because the bus driver showed up in a bus that he took from the yard, a bus that he wasn’t supposed to take.  So, a bus that he stole.  And the field trip had to be cancelled because the bus company found out and called the school to tell them not to board the bus due to safety concerns TEN MINUTES before they were supposed to leave and all the kids were lined up in front of the bus waiting to board?

Yeah.

So that field trip happened today.

In a not stolen, safety concerning bus.

Maks had a great time.  He loved it.  I’m so glad he was able to go on it.  His teacher told me that he was super well behaved and as inquisitive as ever.  He even fell asleep on the bus ride home.
